Description: Create a unique wool blended felt headband for your doll. A wide variety of flowers will provide many composition possibilities. The class will include how to enlarge the process to create colorful and fanciful human size headbands. Easy manipulations and basic shapes, and some small animal patterns will mean the sky is the limit for creating charming headbands for your dolls.

What will Students learn? Simple and basic shapes will be manipulated and layered to create a wide variety of flowers. Understanding the breakdown, color and composition will give the student self-sufficiency to proceed forward for future headband projects. Concepts of composition, innovation, harmonious color choices and themes are included in the learning material.

- Wool blended felt
- Floral wire
- Assorted colors of embroidery floss
- Metallic thread
- Paper and fabric scissors
- Aileen’s Tacky Glue
- Small amount of Polyfil
- Handfuls of assorted beads and findings to add to the composition
- Seed beads
- Small wire cutters and needle nose pliers
- Needles and thread
- Floral Wire
