Wool Felt Dragon Pin
Dragon pin class creates a fanciful wearable Dragon pin inspired by The Chinese Year of the Dragon images. This will be fashioned from wool blended felt, polyfil, thread and floral wire.
Description: This course will be a creative journey to make a special wearable mythical creature using felt and floral wire. Layering basic shapes in a step by step method will be used to assemble a colorful and whimsical dragon based is on traditional Chinese dragons. Colors are entirely up to the maker since this is an imaginary animal.

What will Students learn? There are many recurring forms, layering of shapes and manipulations that will be employed in the creation of this mythical creature's head. Running stitches and predominantly the Blanket stitch will be used in the construction and assembly of winged grouping of shapes that will make up the Dragon Head. Experimentation with color and scale is strongly encouraged
